Rita
Montessori AMI French teacher
Director of school
Originally from Geneva, Rita is a Certified Montessori 3-6 AMI teacher . She has acquired multiple teaching experiences with the DIP as well as in other Montessori schools.
After starting her career in the healthcare sector as a medical radiology technician, the arrival of her first child sparked in her a deep desire to (re)focus on the essential: education. That's when she decided to retrain to become a Montessori teacher.
For Rita, Montessori pedagogy is more than just an educational system: it represents a philosophy of life. As a teacher, she observes and guides the child towards their personal development, offering individualized learning, delivered with love and attention.
Rita is passionate, cheerful and creative. Her dedication to teaching has allowed her students to put words together and read by the age of 3, demonstrating her ability to observe and respond to the needs of her students.
Beyond her work, Rita enjoys cycling, playing badminton and art. She is also the mother of two children.
Guided by transparency, nourished by love, inspired by Montessori pedagogy and in harmony with nature - these are the priorities and values that characterize it.

Bethani Ann
Montessori educator AMI English speaking
Bethani Ann is an AMI-certified Montessori educator, specializing in children ages 3 to 6. Emerging from an undeniable passion for Montessori education, her dedication and expertise are the result of a rich family heritage, as her own mother was a Montessori teacher.
Originally from the United States, Bethani Ann has channeled her international experience in Montessori education to benefit the children she teaches. As a mother of six, she instinctively understands the diverse needs and unique challenges children face at this crucial stage of their development.
For several years, Bethani Ann has brilliantly developed and implemented a progressive English immersion program. Designed specifically for children ages 3 to 6, this program not only promotes language acquisition, but also, and more importantly, encourages the holistic development of each student.
Through the empathy that permeates her teaching method and her unwavering commitment to Montessori education, Bethani Ann has carved out a unique place for herself. Her positive influence extends to many young students, revealing the transformative power inherent in Montessori teaching.

Laetitia
AMI French-speaking Montessori educator
Laetitia, who holds a Montessori AMI 3-6 years old teacher diploma, strengthens our teaching team with more than ten years of experience in early childhood education. Her background and pedagogical vision have allowed her to develop an authentically inclusive approach, which takes into account the cultural diversity and individual specificities of the children she supports.
Driven by a deep passion for the Montessori method, Laetitia is constantly guided by the desire to provide an environment that is both stimulating and caring for her students. She strives to promote their autonomy and nurture their self-confidence, essential elements for their overall development.
In addition to her skills directly related to Montessori pedagogy, Laetitia stands out for her ability to build strong and lasting bridges with parents. She firmly believes that education is a collaboration between school and home. Thus, she is committed to ensuring transparent, regular and effective communication with families, so that each step of the child's educational journey is clearly understood and shared.

Séverine
French-speaking Montessori teacher AMI
With over 15 years of experience in Public and Private Education, including in several Montessori schools, Séverine is a certified AMI Montessori Educator. At the heart of her practice is respect for each child's rhythm and caring support, based on a deep understanding of individual needs.
Driven by the desire to help children flourish fully and in search of a pedagogy that respects their singularities, Séverine turned to the Montessori method, convinced of its global and humanist approach. In 2019, she followed an in-depth training at the IFMM in Geneva, which allowed her to perfect her ability to support each child in their unique journey and to encourage their autonomy.
Throughout her career, Séverine has cultivated a pedagogy focused on self-confidence, creativity and cooperation, while promoting a caring and stimulating atmosphere. Passionate about educational approaches open to nature and the arts, she also integrates enriching activities that nourish curiosity and the joy of learning.
Dynamic, organized and committed, Séverine devotes herself with dedication to offering each child a respectful and inspiring environment, conducive to their overall development.

Miranda
Montessori educator AMI English speaking
Sweet, calm and positive, Miranda is a native English speaker, qualified as an AMI Montessori educator, with several years of experience supporting children aged 2 to 12 years old.
She began her career as an English teacher in Geneva and worked in several nursery schools, where she contributed to the safety and well-being of children while organizing creative and educational learning activities. These early experiences allowed her to better understand the specific needs of young children and to develop a caring and attentive pedagogical approach.
Miranda naturally inherited the passion for Montessori pedagogy, her own mother being also an AMI Montessori educator. This passion led her to train as a Montessori guide for children aged 3 to 6. During her various practical experiences in Montessori schools in Geneva, she deepened her understanding of Montessori principles and applied them concretely in the classroom.
Miranda is distinguished by her ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment, where each child is encouraged to explore, express themselves and develop their full potential.

Lauriana
AMI Montessori Assistant & Administrative Assistant
Lauriana is the dedicated facilitator for the after-school service at our Montessori school for 3-6 year olds. With a wealth of experience, she excels in her role, brilliantly guiding the children in their after-school activities.
In each session, Lauriana creates an environment where children feel comfortable, valued and motivated to participate in various activities. She ensures that the children are provided with fun, creative and safe moments, always in harmony with the principles of Montessori pedagogy.
Through her patient and empathetic approach, Lauriana allows children to extend their educational experience beyond the traditional school day, thus strengthening their self-confidence, autonomy and curiosity.

Delya
AMI Montessori Assistant & Theater & Music Teacher
Delya began her musical journey at the Conservatoire Léo Délibes in Paris at the age of six. She has participated in various singing events and concerts during her years of experience. Delya continued her musical journey at the Conservatoire Populaire de Genève, where she currently continues to enrich her musical heritage with the art of theater.
Her varied background in music, ranging from choir and music theory to piano and ukulele, has shaped her unique approach to teaching. As a member of the University of Geneva’s musical comedy troupe, Delya has developed a deep understanding of the performing arts.
Delya’s teaching philosophy focuses on the holistic development of her students. Proficient in piano, singing, and music theory, she brings a patient and passionate approach to her lessons. Her goal is to instill a lifelong love of music in her students, emphasizing the joy and creativity it brings.

Nagatt
English Wednesday Club Teacher
Nagatt holds a Master's degree in Cultural Projects and is certified at level C2 by the Cambridge Assessment. She spent part of her childhood between the United States and London, where she developed a deep affinity for the English language.
Very involved in the voluntary sector in Geneva, she devotes her energy to the education and support of underprivileged children.
Nagatt also ran several children's summer camps, believing that "childhood is the cradle of a better future."
Passionate about intellectual renewal, she enjoys spending time at the Payot library in Geneva and Lausanne. She practices skiing and yoga, her favorite activities.

Ludovic
Facilitator of introductory workshops in woodworking and theater for children
Ludovic is a passionate educator, specializing in teaching theater and carpentry initiation for curious young minds from 3 years old.
With several years of enriching experience, acquired in various community centers in Geneva, Ludovic has the unique gift of making these two areas accessible, attractive and fun for children.
In addition to his regular classes, he organizes and leads creativity-filled summer camps, where theater and crafts combine to stimulate children's imagination and practical skills.
Ludovic is deeply convinced that every child has artistic and manual potential that it is imperative to cultivate.
Based on a fun and caring educational approach, it is committed to helping each child discover and develop their unique talents, in total harmony with Montessori pedagogy.

Carla Kewley
English Wednesday Club Teacher
Carla is French-American, born in Colorado. She is a former litigation attorney at the Paris and London Bars, as well as a former professor at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), where she taught students from 90 different countries in English and French. Managing cultural differences is one of her specialties. She is certified to teach at the Swiss grandes écoles (HES-SO) with a 2-year teacher training program. Since 1989, she has continuously taught English to young students at her daughters' schools, to lawyers who need to negotiate, and to clients who need to testify in English. Now retired, she continues to teach students aged 10 to 70, from a wide variety of backgrounds and levels. Passionate, her energy and insatiable curiosity are contagious. She encourages her students "to listen to their inner child to discover who they are." She knows how to activate this unique force in each of your children, which stimulates the blossoming of their individual qualities of creativity, innovation, and self-improvement. At EHL, she was appreciated by students for her innovative methods and her ability to lead her classes of 200 in such a way that everyone actively participated while having fun, thus developing their communication, leadership, team management, and positive feedback skills.Very playful, Carla has a great sense of humor and will help your children learn English through laughter and games, and acquire team spirit and a sense of compromise. She will thus be able to transmit to them the human values of altruism, tolerance, and respect for oneself and others. Furthermore, she will teach them to never lose sight of the fact that they have everything they need within themselves to achieve their wildest dreams, provided they listen to their inner child who knows which path to take. Carla has two daughters and four grandchildren aged 8 months to 13 years. She enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, playing the piano, cooking and playing board games with friends, undoubtedly indelible remnants of her American childhood.
