Meet the Team

Rita
Montessori AMI French teacher
Director of school
Rita is from Geneva and is a certified Montessori 3-6 AMI teacher with several teaching experiences with the DIP and also in other Montessori schools.
After starting her career in the health sector as a medical radiology technician, and with the arrival of her first child, she felt a deep desire to (re)concentrate on the essential: education.
She then decided to retrain as a Montessori teacher.
For her, the Montessori pedagogy is a philosophy of life where the teacher observes and guides the child towards their development through individualized learning in a loving and caring way.
Passionate, smiling and creative, she is very dedicated to teaching children. Her dedication and observation of her children's needs led them to compose words and read at 3.
She enjoys cycling, badminton and art.
Rita is the mother of two children.
"Inspired by transparency, guided by love, nurtured by Montessori pedagogy and in harmony with nature: these are our priorities, our values".
